Congratulations to the visionary owner, the inspirational chef and the entire service team.
I would be impolite to miss out in mentioning an intelligent and well mannered Maitr Dario who was like the cherry on the top.

Great place to go for a fancy night out… a bit of a limited menu but everything on it is absolute perfection. The waiters also really go the extra mile to please and seems to be managed by very capable people. We walked in with no reservation and they somehow managed to fit us in, although that’s not recommended.
